If you don't have your own mailing list, we can supply residential and

commercial lists for you to rent or buy. We can use Cheshire labels or our ink jet addressing system. To get the most out of your mailing list, we take it in an electronic file and process it through our postal software. Our postal software is a powerful tool that will correct zip codes, bar code addresses, detect and delete duplicates and detect invalid addresses. The software we use for this process is approved by the United States Postal Service and is updated every eight weeks. All this adds up to postage savings for you. You'll be amazed at how inexpensive this is. In addition to cleaning up the addresses on your list we can mail your job in a variety of

ways: First Class, First Class Presort, Periodical or Presort Standard. Every mailing is processed at our facility in Farmington Hills and taken directly to the Post Office for your convenience.

National Change of Address Services Every year, roughly 18% of the population changes address. National Change of Address (NCOA) helps keep your customer files up-to-date by identifying people and organizations who have moved, and by giving you a forwarding address that can be used to update your files. It also identifies those addresses that are undeliverable. To take advantage of the lowest postal rates, the U.S. Postal Service now requires that mailers do this for all automated first class mailings twice a year. We can electronically update your customer file, and save you postage and printing charges. The NCOA information is able to find those changes that have taken place for 36 months.
